District Parents / Integrationslotsen Who are we? We come from different countries, speak different languages and know how difficult it is to orient ourselves in a new country. Some of us have gone to school here, others have finished their education in their home country. Now we want to convey our knowledge to you, to accompany and support you. In the district where we live, you can meet us and we are reachable via the contact details. We all participated in a training course for volunteer city parents. The agency: A matter of honor accompanies our regular exchange of experience. We offer support in discussions in day-care centers and schools. Strengthening of parents in dealing with educational institutions Accompaniment to doctors or clinics · Provision of concrete help and information for families in the district · Perception and strengthening of the own potentials of the parents · Support in educational questions · Accompaniment and translation in the Dealing with institutions and authorities · Mediation on migration counseling services · Arranging for language courses · Arranging for parenting and family counseling centers · Assistance with applications and much more

Der 5. Integration Preis der Stadt Oldenburg ist Boxsport e.V.

Der erste Preis, mit einem Preisgeld in Höhe von 3.000 Euro ging an den Verein für Boxsport e.V. mit dem Projekt „Boxen und Bildung“.
Der zweite Preis (2.000 Euro) wurde an das Projekt der Sprachlernklasse der Oberschule Osternburg mit dem Kunstprojekt „Neuland entdecken!“ verliehen.
Den dritten Preis (1.000 Euro) erhielt der Krusenbuscher Sportverein in Kooperation mit den Sozialarbeiterinnen und Sozialarbeitern der Kommunalen Gemeinschaftsunterkünfte Cloppenburger Straße und Gaußstraße für das Projekt „Integration von Flüchtlingen durch Fußball“.

Im Jahre 2013/14 haben wir am Forschungsprojekt "Bildungsmigranten in der Region" teilgenommen.

Tanju Coruh our hero
Oldenburger Taxifahrer verliert verliert seinen Job weil er anderen half!
Weil Tanju Coruh verhindert hat das ein Mann tot geprügelt wurde, wurde er von seinem Chef fristlos entlassen. Es blieb ihm nur das Lob der Polizei! Leider kann er davon nicht leben.
Wie kann es sein, daß jemand, der Zivilcourage zeigt, seine Arbeit verliert?
Das Taxiunternehmen wollte leider keine Stellung dazu nehmen.
Wir hoffen alle, daß Tanju schnellsten einen neuen Job bekommt!

Ramadanfest & Informationsveranstaltung
Am 03.08.2014 fand das diesjährige Ramadanfest statt.
Wir durften ca. 60 Besucher begrüßen, die äußerst interessiert waren.
Es wurde u.a. ein Film über unser Schulsystem gezeigt. Dies half den Besuchern einen besseren Durchblick zu bekommen.
Unser Büffett fand, ebenso wie der dargebotene orientalische Tanz großen Anklang. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß bei den Aktionen für sie.
Mit Freunde haben wir registriert, dass sich mehrere Frauen nun regelmäßig zu einem Meinungsaustausch treffen möchten.
Insgesamt bekamen wir gute Rückmeldungen.
